This role ensures that equipment runs efficiently, products meet quality and customer specifications, and production goals are achieved while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Principle Duties and Responsibilities : - Target ≥85% run-time efficiency and ≤1.2% waste. - Verify print registration, slot alignment, and glue integrity on first piece. - Complete setups within standard time using pre-staged tooling. - Check print density, ink viscosity, and color consistency hourly. - Inspect bundle count, folds, and overall box quality throughout run.…
