Machine Operator (Flexo Folder Gluer Operator) Job Summary : The Machine Operator (Flexo Folder Gluer Operator) is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production of corrugated boxes. This role ensures that equipment runs efficiently, products meet quality and customer specifications, and production goals are achieved while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Principle Duties and Responsibilities : - Target ≥85% run-time efficiency and ≤1.2% waste. - Verify print registration, slot alignment, and glue integrity on first piece. - Complete setups within standard time using pre-staged tooling. - Check print density, ink viscosity, and color consistency hourly. - Inspect bundle count, folds, and overall box quality throughout run.…
