Job Summary: The Retail Web Systems Administrator supports the UFP Retail Prowood Dealer B2B Portal (built on Oro Commerce), collaborating with internal departments and customers to enhance the portal’s functionality and performance. This role focuses on the administration, optimization, and user experience of the B2B platform, while also identifying process improvements through the use of UFP’s business systems and Oro Commerce. This individual should have a strong foundation in ecommerce technologies, project management, and front-end UX/UI support. Other duties related to Oro Commerce include updating product lines, managing customers and sales, setting up taxes, running marketing campaigns, managing web store content, reporting, administering user roles, and back-office workflows.…
