We are hiring a Care Coordinator Thornbury Community Services (part of Acacium Group) Hybrid in Bridgwater Rd, Bristol Permanent, full time Shift patterns between 07:00-15:00 and 11:00-19:00 + 1 weekend every 6 weeks £26,500 We are hiring a Care Coordinator to join Thornbury Community Services who deliver exceptional care at home services to individuals with clinically complex care requirements, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. In this role you will manage a caseload of care packages, delivering customer service to our clients and healthcare workers and managing rotas to ensure shifts are filled.
