As a Sales Manager based in Phoenix, you’ll guide an experienced, fast-growing team, building strategies that help customers find solutions and keep Uline growing strong. Schedule: Monday and Friday - Uline AZ sales office. Tuesday - Thursday - Sales team visits in the field. Position Responsibilities Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives. Conduct regular joint sales calls with Sales Representatives and Account Managers and work closely with strategic accounts.
