Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: The Leave Management Consultant plays a vital role in the administration of the full life cycle of various leaves of absence and leave related ADA accommodation requests for University faculty and staff. This position will act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to faculty and staff to ensure the University remains compliant with federal and state laws, regulations, and applicable policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
