About this role
As the Properties Project Manager, you will provide project management and construction administration support for assigned projects which includes multi-million dollar new branch builds, facilities enhancements, renovations, remodels, and relocations. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which will include multiple initiatives as assigned by Facilities & Property Management leadership. This role is hybrid (Monday through Thursday on-site) located in our Kansas City, MO location. How you’ll spend your time: Spend 25 to 30% of your time traveling to different UMB sites Assist internal departments with space planning/efficiency efforts, exterior signage projects, physical property upkeep/appearance, and other general property related duties as assigned.…
