About this role

Why M Physicians? The NAVIGATE program at M Physicians is affiliated with the University of Minnesota Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, a leader in first episode psychosis care and research. The NAVIGATE program started in 2017 with the support of grant funds from the Minnesota Department of Human Services. NAVIGATE is an evidence-based coordinated specialty care program to treat first episode psychosis in schizophrenia spectrum disorders. This interdisciplinary team-based approach is resiliency- and recovery-focused. Team members work with individuals ages 15 to 40 years old, and their natural support persons, to help them understand their illness and develop skills that help them get back on track and live rich and meaningful lives.…
