University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant who will deliver care for patients on the University of Minnesota Heart Care team at M Health Fairview Heart Care Clinic s in Maplewood, MN and Woodbury, MN, as well as at St. John's Hospital in Maplewood . This position will provide patients with expert patient care and coordination of services. The role will assist the practice to improve patient satisfaction and enhance the quality of care provided to patients through increased access and coordinated services.
