University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant to join our Pulmonary Transplant practice at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Join a team of excellent providers who deliver care for Pre- and Post-Lung Transplant recipients. In This Role, You Will: Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of care to patients within a multidisciplinary framework caring for Pre- and Post-Lung Transplant and cystic fibrosis patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
