Job Functions Perform routine inspections. Electrical work. Refrigeration and air conditioning work. Preventive maintenance work. Equipment operation and maintenance. Follows safety guidelines and procedures. Minor project work. Supervises lesser-skilled workers in the absence of an immediate supervisor. Discusses projects with the immediate supervisor to exchange ideas on methods to be used and to eliminate misunderstandings before beginning the work.
