Department Parking & Transportation Services Compensation $17.50 to Negotiable Hourly General Description / Primary Purpose: This position is responsible for a variety of duties associated with front office operations for Parking Services. Assisting customers in the lobby, by phone, and by e-mail are primary functions of this position. These functions may include giving directions to specific locations around the campus community, sharing relevant information about campus parking and transportation, assisting customers with changes to their parking account, and completing payment transactions for parking tickets and parking permits. Having a working knowledge of UNF parking regulations and the parking citation appeal process is required.…
