About this role

Unilabs occupies around 2,000 locations across 15 countries. The Global Real Estate team’s purpose is to enable the ‘Business’ to deliver its capabilities by managing the company's physical assets and optimizing real estate locations. As Unilabs Real Estate Portfolio Manager you will work with the Global Real Estate and Procurement teams to identify, recommend and implement opportunities for cost savings and service improvements. The Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in managing Unilabs real estate portfolio, ensuring effective budget management, lease administration and support the strategic planning and optimal use of Unilabs estate, maximising financial returns whilst aligning with corporate priorities.…
