JOB PURPOSE This role exists to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of factory electrical, instrumentation and automation systems. The Electrical & Automation Technician delivers preventive maintenance, rapid fault diagnosis, focused improvement and technical support to reduce downtime, protect product quality and minimize waste and environmental impact. The role also supports maintenance strategy and coaches Technical Operators in engineering and manufacturing-system practices.
