Reports to: Distribution Center Manager - South Location: Cu Chi JOB PURPOSE The Distribution Assistant Manager – Back of Factory (BoF) South is accountable for end‑to‑end warehouse and transportation operations at Back of Factory, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost‑effective movement of finished goods from Cu Chi factory to National & Regional Distribution Centers. The role drives operational excellence, cost optimization, service performance, and logistics capability development, while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, SHE, Finance, Procurement, and 3PL partners (Linfox & inhouse transporters).
