About this role
The Dove New Business Marketing Specialist will help build and accelerate Dove’s next growth engines in Andina, with a primary focus on Baby Dove and Dove Men+Care, identifying and unlocking white spaces where the brand has significant headroom to grow. This role will combine consumer intimacy, business understanding, innovation and brand building to transform untapped opportunities into scalable businesses, leading initiatives from opportunity identification and strategy through innovation, launch and in-market execution.
