McCormick blickt auf eine mehr als 135-jährige Geschichte zurück, ist in über 150 Ländern und Gebieten aktiv und verfügt über ein Portfolio vertrauter Marken. Die Transaktion steht noch unter dem Vorbehalt von Konsultationen, behördlichen Genehmigungen und weiteren üblichen Abschlussbedingungen; der Abschluss ist für Mitte 2027 geplant.…
