About this role
Your responsibilities: Active cooperation with the factory management to optimise financial performance and achieve business targets. Comprehensive management of financial projects, including control of costs, investments and operational efficiency. Oversight of internal control processes (inventory, procurement, compliance with IFRS 16, balance sheet). Initiating and implementing cost-saving programmes in collaboration with the operations department. Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and ongoing cost analysis. Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies for the plant. Providing analyses to support key strategic decisions. Participating in central-level transformation and development projects aimed at strengthening financial capabilities within the organisation.…
