Job Title: People Operations Hub Specialist - Thai Speaker Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines (Hybrid) Language Requirement: Thai (Business Proficiency) JOB PURPOSE The People Operations Hub Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and timely employee lifecycle support and employee data management through Workday. The role partners with employees, People Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT teams to ensure a seamless employee experience while maintaining data integrity across all HR systems. This role requires a fluent Thai speaker and Intermediate to Advanced Workday experience. These are non-negotiable requirements and will be assessed during the hiring process.
