About this role

Function: Product Development / R&D Reports to: Wild R&D Packaging Manager Location: London, with international travel required JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to become Wild’s first dedicated hire in this discipline. You will own the technical design and industrialisation of Wild’s product portfolio, from refillable cases and formats to new product categories. Working from concept through to production, you will ensure products are consumer-led, technically robust, cost-effective, sustainable and designed for manufacture. You will work closely with Creative, Product, Operations and Retail teams, alongside global manufacturers and suppliers. You will also help build Wild’s internal industrial design capability, processes and standards as the business grows.…
