Job Title: Site Services Technician Location: Leeds Factory Job Purpose The PM Technician is responsible for driving completion of Site Services PM Tasks and Tags Closure ensuring efficiency in costs while supporting the Asset Care Team. This involves appropriate application of problem-solving techniques, whilst adhering to company policies and regulations. This position requires working in relay shift pattern. Responsibilities Working as part of the Asset Care/Site Services team, the technician will: Complete planned and reactive maintenance across Utilities, Facilities, building services and infrastructure to required safety, quality and engineering standards.
