JOB PURPOSE This role exists to ensure operational excellence that enables our brands to thrive by improving warehouse performance, advancing continuous improvement, and supporting cost-efficient, technology-enabled operations across our European distribution network. Working across company-operated and third-party logistics warehouses, you will use data, benchmarking, process improvement, and project management to identify performance gaps and turn opportunities into measurable results. You will collaborate with market teams, warehouse operators, and supply chain partners to improve efficiency, optimise throughput, and accelerate the adoption of robotics and automation.
