Role Summary: Manages the development, coordination, and submission of global proposals (RFPs, RFIs, ITTs), leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-centric responses in competitive business environments. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as project manager for complex, multi-practice, and multi-jurisdictional proposals, from intake to delivery and defense. • Convene and lead teams of subject matter experts, commercial staff, legal, finance, and leadership to meet proposal requirements and deadlines. • Write, review, and edit pitch documents and responses, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasive storytelling. • Maintain proposal schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee version control and documentation across global teams.…
