About this role

The Application Service Delivery Manager will drive execution governance, engineering quality, and team productivity across General Insurance platforms. This role requires an experienced leader capable of orchestrating a delivery organization of 50–100 developers across at least 4 parallel delivery teams, enforcing strict architectural compliance, and leading complex monolith-to-microservices migrations without compromising business logic integrity. Requirements General Insurance (GI) Expertise: Deep domain knowledge exclusively within the General Insurance sector (e.g., Motor, Property, Casualty, Marine, Commercial lines, Policy Administration, Claims Processing, and Broker/Agent portals).
