About this role

What success looks like in this role: Fornecer suporte operacional e técnico presencial para ambientes de clientes hospedados no Data Center. Realizar instalação, realocação e desativação de servidores, sistemas de armazenamento, dispositivos de rede e equipamentos de infraestrutura relacionados. Executar solicitações de clientes relacionadas a implantações de hardware, cabeamento, rotulagem, atividades de rack-and-stack e mudanças de infraestrutura. Apoiar na resolução de incidentes envolvendo a infraestrutura dos clientes, coordenando atividades de troubleshooting com equipes de suporte remoto, fornecedores e contatos técnicos dos clientes. Monitorar a infraestrutura do Data Center e os ambientes dos clientes, escalando problemas conforme procedimentos operacionais estabelecidos.…
