About this role

What success looks like in this role: The AI Architect owns the technical onboarding and integration of the Anthropic Claude platform, and leads the knowledge-transfer effort from the Outgoing Providers into Provider's BAU operating model. This role combines the SoW's "Platform & Integration" and "Knowledge Transfer Lead" scopes into a single Associate Principal Architect position, and is also the primary architecture-level escalation point for L1.5/L2 support. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding and configuration of the Anthropic Claude platform tenant, API gateway, single sign-on (SSO), SOC/SIEM, and observability integrations across UAT, staging, and production environments.…
