About this role

What success looks like in this role: Research ICT Infrastructure Operations Support Services This service shall deliver Infrastructure Operations Support Services for research, laboratory, experimental and deployable ICT environments supporting client research activities. The service is responsible for maintaining the operational effectiveness, availability, security, and supportability of research ICT infrastructure, systems, networks, data services, and associated technology platforms.
