About this role

What success looks like in this role: The Organization Cultural Leader will be responsible for designing, embedding, and sustaining a high-performance, values-led culture across the enterprise. This role partners closely with India MD to work with GDC leadership (Business and Functions HR, Finance, IT) and employees to translate company values into practical behaviors, leadership expectations, employee experiences, and measurable business outcomes. Lead initiatives to: Assess organizational effectiveness through workforce data, leadership and HR input, and business performance indicators.
