Job Summary: The Learning and Development Partner consults with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and design, build, and deliver high-impact learning solutions across assigned business areas. This role combines strategy and execution, with responsibility for both shaping program direction and delivering the work, while partnering with the broader L&D team to ensure consistency across programs, tools, and standards.
