Community Name: US OH Remote The IT Technician role is responsible for maintaining IT assets for long-term care, affordable housing, and middle market communities and aiding end-users in effectively carrying out their job duties. Essential Functions Statement(s) Provide technical support to end-users, encompassing tasks such as hardware setup, software installation, user training and troubleshooting, etc. Provide hardware and cabling support for network equipment.
