Community Name: Hamlet on Darby The Maintenance position is responsible for maintaining all areas of the property and its surroundings in a professional manner and in good working order; completing work orders as requested by residents through the Property Manager; troubleshooting all appliances throughout the property and resident units; coordinating with the office staff to prepare units for new residents.
