Community Name: Glenwood Community The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of the residents, staff members, and visitors of the community. Essential Functions Statement(s) Provides continuous monitoring of the community, inside and outside, to ensure a secure environment. Performs scheduled and random checks of designated areas throughout the community to check for any security breaches. Locks external doors as scheduled. Checks doors and windows of buildings to ensure they are tightly closed and locked. Operates community alarm systems, including security alarms, fire alarms, maintenance alarms, other safety alarms, and inspects for any malfunctions or tampering.
