About this role
United Concrete Products Inc. is a leader in manufacturing precast concrete products. We create custom precast solutions for our customers and also have over 250 stock items available every day. We are looking for a Concrete Laborer to join our team in Wallingford, CT. This is an entry-level position — no prior experience required, we will train you. Job duties: Prepare forms for concrete Strip form when concrete is cured Meet daily/weekly production quota Maintain a safe and clean work space Requirements Ability to lift or move 50 lbs. Be dependable with respect to attendance and tardiness Be willing to work overtime as needed to meet production needs Schedule: Shift starts at 4:00 AM Expect 10–11 hour workdays
