About this role
We are looking for an Employment Attorney who will be responsible for all employment-related legal matters pertaining to the firm, including litigation matters on behalf of the firm. As the Employment Attorney, you will be representing the firm in current and future employment litigation matters. The ideal candidate will advise the HR team and other business leaders about employment and labor law issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, ADA/FMLA, etc. The Employment Attorney will report directly to the President of the firm.…
