Our Fresno office is looking to hire an experienced Senior Client Intake Specialist (Immigration/Criminal Law) with a desire to grow within the legal industry. This position must be staffed by an individual who is business development oriented and works well with people. We ask that you have a strong customer service background and possess the ability to screen potential client calls. You will directly oversee and ensure the operational excellence of an Intake team that handles a large volume of incoming client calls.
