We’re looking for a Clinical Intake Representative I to help prospective patients navigate the referral process, understand their next steps, and get connected with the care they need. In this role, you’ll review incoming physician referrals, communicate with patients and referring providers, and help ensure each referral is handled promptly and appropriately based on established clinical protocols.
