About this role

The Regional Director of Operations works under the supervision of the VP of Operations on the management of daily operations and profitability of United Vein & Vascular Centers. This position is a multi-faceted, highly visible leadership role over managers and operations in an assigned region, requiring sound leadership in the development and execution of strategy over clinic operations. The RDO will be responsible for identifying problem areas and directing managers and their teams in executing a means to improve in achieving overall company goals.
