The Role
We're looking for a Senior Manager to join our M&A and transactional tax team. You'll take day-to-day ownership of engagement delivery, advising clients on UK and international deal structuring, tax due diligence, SPA tax input, and post-deal integration.
You'll bring solid M&A or transactional tax experience from a Big 4, top-tier advisory firm, or law firm, and be comfortable running workstreams end-to-end while working closely with our Directors and Partners.…
