About this role

About us : Applications are invited for the role of Head of Hard FM within the Estates Department of the University of the West of England. Based at our Frenchay campus but covering the entire university estate (predominantly the Bristol area), you will be responsible for all aspects of hard FM for all university properties. As a member of the Estates senior management team, the successful applicant will lead and manage professional services, support strategic planning and in order to support the efficient managing of the university estate be responsible for operational delivery for all major and specialist contracts and operations. This post will develop and manage systems of work for sourcing, specifying and scheduling planned and reactive maintenance across the University estate.…
