The Senior Manager, Benefits & Wellbeing serves as a strategic lead responsible for helping shape and drive the Company's Health, Wellbeing and Retirement strategy, ensuring programs remain competitive, financially sustainable, operationally effective, and aligned with the Company's Total Rewards philosophy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards & People Operations, this role partners closely with Finance, HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, Communications, brokers, consultants, and external vendors to continuously evolve our benefits portfolio while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.…
