About this role

The Mission We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who natively understands the mechanics of Web3 gamification, online gaming culture, and loot-based reward ecosystems. We aren't looking for a corporate backlog manager who needs to be taught why unboxing feels addictive, how provably fair systems establish trust, or what makes a digital reward loop convert. We need a hands-on product builder who can take an ambitious concept, pressure-test it, and turn it into a product that users keep coming back to. Your mission is to take full ownership of the product lifecycle for a Gamified Shopping Platform built around Mystery Packs and Physical Goods.…
