Job Description: Chief Financial Officer JOB DUTIES: Leads all aspects of the company’s financial function, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury (capital raising and cash management), financial planning and analysis, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, internal and external audit, tax and risk management. Proactively partners with the CEO and the senior leadership team to increase shareholder value through the attainment of operational and financial goals. Oversees the investor relations function that establishes credible and effective relationships with the shareholder/stakeholder community, and proactively engages the investment community, including financial community, buy and sell-side analysts, banks and credit rating agencies.…
