ÜBER DEINE STELLE Als Entrepreneur in Residence (m/w/d9 bei UPSTART unterstützt du das Team, um effizienter, nachhaltiger und zielorientiert zu arbeiten. Du wirkst bei strategischen Projekten mit und übernimmst gleichzeitig die Verantwortung für deine eigenen Projekte in verschiedenen Bereichen. DEINE AUFGABEN Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung von strategischen Projekten. Du entwickelst kontinuierlich Lösungen, welche Verbesserungs- und Wachstumspotential haben. Du implementierst, koordinierst und verbesserst Strukturen und Prozesse. Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen und bildest ebenso die Schnittstelle zu anderen Teams.
