ÜBER DEINE STELLE Als Recruiter (m/w/d) bei uns bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass unser Team stetig wächst und unsere Leistungsfähigkeit weiter ausgeschöpft werden kann. Du bist ständig in Kontakt mit potenziellen neuen Mitarbeiter*innen und koordinierst den Prozess dahinter. Mit deiner ausgeprägten Menschenkenntnis bist du unverzichtbar für UPSTART. DEINE AUFGABEN Du bist für die erfolgreiche Stellenbesetzung unseres Unternehmens zuständig. Du erstellst und schaltest Stellenanzeigen auf unterschiedlichen Stellenportale, unserer Homepage und Social Media. Du betreibst Active Sourcing und Direktansprache auf geeigneten Kanälen.
