ÜBER DEINE STELLE Als Developer (m/w/d) im Scrum Team bist du dafür verantwortlich, die gesetzten Sprintziele nach bester Qualität umzusetzen und somit das Produkt oder den Prozess zu entwickeln. Durch den großzügigen Austausch mit dem Product Owner und dem Scrum Master erreicht ihr Hand in Hand das festgesetzte Ziel. Du bist eine echte Bereicherung für UPSTART. DEINE AUFGABEN Du arbeitest eng mit dem Product Owner zusammen. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung bei der Entwicklung. Du erstellst Arbeitsplänen sowie Zeit- und Aufwandsschätzungen für kommende Sprints. Du setzt spezifizierte Sprint-Ziele um. Du präsentierst die Sprint-Ergebnisse. Du legst die Ziel- und Arbeitsergebnisse für jeden Sprint fest. Deine Anwesenheit bei den daily Scrums ist unerlässlich.…
