About this role

ÜBER DEINE STELLE Als Scrum Master (m/w/d) bildest du die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Product Owner und dem Team Produktmanagement. Du trägst die Verantwortung für den Scrum-Prozess und stellst dessen korrekte Implementierung sowie die ständige Optimierung sicher. DEINE AUFGABEN Du planst und moderierst unterschiedliche Scrum-Meetings. Außerdem identifizierst und löst du anfallende Konflikte. Du vermittelst Techniken für eine effiziente Verwaltung der agilen Projekte und des Product Backlogs. Du übernimmst das Coaching der Teams, hilfst diesen, sich selbst zu organisieren und hast dabei die funktionsübergreifende Teamarbeit im Blick. DEIN MINDSET Du verfügst über unternehmerisches Denken.
