About this role

ÜBER DEINE STELLE Als Trainee im Innovationsbereich schnupperst du für jeweils vier Monate in die Bereiche Business Model, Infrastructure, Technology und Performance, bevor du deinen individuellen Schwerpunkt wählst. Insgesamt absolvierst du damit ein 18-monatiges Traineeprogramm, optional und abhängig von der Situation mit Auslandsaufenthalt. DEINE AUFGABEN Du arbeitest aktiv bei der (Weiter-) Entwicklung digitaler Innovationsthemen mit. Du übernimmst Projektmanagementaufgaben in einem engagierten Team. Du hast kein Problem mit Präsentationen und Diskussionen auf Management-Ebene. Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsideen in einem dynamischen Marktumfeld. Du stehst dem Management für fachliche und organisatorische Angelegenheiten zur Seite.…
