POSITION SUMMARY: The Benefits Analyst position coordinates the administration of benefits programs such as medical coverage, dental insurance, group life insurance, education programs, absence management and other benefit programs. Answers employee questions regarding eligibility, provisions, and other matters related to benefits. Maintains benefit records and documents necessary for implementing benefits coverage.
