This role will lead the company’s SEC and external reporting deliverables, ensuring filings and disclosures are accurate, timely, and fully compliant. The Head of SEC Reporting will own end-to-end execution of the quarterly and annual SEC reporting cycles and will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold strong disclosure controls, robust documentation, and disciplined, repeatable processes.
