Plant Operation 해당 공장을 효율적인 모드로 운전하고 운전 계획을 만든다. 오퍼레이션 팀과 함께 액체 및 가스 제품의 생산량, 출하량을 검토한다. 해당 공장에 매주 생산되는 액체 및 가스 제품의 Spec Power를 검토한다. 필요한 경우 조사하고 운전 조건을 수정한다. 모든 오퍼레이션 문서를 관리한다. eMOC를 작성하고 실행한다. EAR을 작성한다. P&ID를 개정하고 업데이트 한다. 새로운 또는 개선된 공정의 운전 절차서를 만들고 오퍼레이션 직원들에게 교육한다. 필요하다면 PPM Task Release를 진행하고 Follow-Up한다.…
