Job Context The Director of Talent Acquisition owns Simpro Group's global recruiting engine. This role is the operational and strategic center of our talent function — leading a global team of recruiters, direct recruitment on leadership and critical roles, managing vendor relationships, running talent programs including internships, driving process and workflow improvements, and producing the reporting and analytics that keep the business informed on hiring. This is not a culture or programs generalist role. We need a scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives on execution, speed, and building things that scale.
